Martin advices clients on matters of both non-contentious and litigious nature in the fields of unfair commercial practices, general intellectual property, and data protection including related aspects of commercial contracts and dispute resolution. Within the framework of dispute resolution, Martin regularly represents clients in supervisory authority actions as well as in litigation and he also has experience in commercial arbitration. He holds further expertise in copyright law and is particularly interested in the implications of new technology within the legal context.
Martin is a member of the Swedish Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Society (in Swe: ”Konkurrens- och marknadsrättsliga föreningen”) and AIPPI Sweden, and has served as the national rapporteur for intellectual property law in Sweden for the International League of Competition Law (LIDC) during 2018.
